A family business flying the world
Gayo Aviation was founded in 2017 and is run as a family business. Today we operate in nine countries: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Poland, Turkey, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Spain and Saudi Arabia.

Frequently asked questions about private aviation
How much does it cost to charter a private jet?
Pricing is set per flight and depends on aircraft type, route, number of passengers and how quickly you need to depart. You always receive a fixed price in the quote before you book — no variable add-ons after the fact.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Usually a few hours is enough. If the aircraft is based at one of our bases, same-day departure is possible. For longer routes or special permits, more lead time is needed — and we'll let you know upfront in the quote.
How much luggage can I bring?
It depends on the aircraft. The Legacy 600 holds 240 cubic feet, equivalent to around twenty bags, while the Citation M2 holds 45.6 cubic feet. If you have bulky equipment — golf bags, skis, instruments — mention it in your enquiry and we'll select the aircraft accordingly.
Can I bring pets?
Yes. Unlike commercial aviation, your pet travels in the cabin with you. Please include the animal's species and size in your enquiry and we'll confirm it with the operator.
Which airports can you fly to?
Significantly more than commercial airlines. Smaller aircraft like the Super King Air 300 can access short runways, which often means an airport closer to your final destination and less ground transport.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The terms depend on the operator and how close to departure the cancellation occurs. They are stated in the quote you receive, before you book — we never send terms after the fact.
How do I pay?
By invoice or bank transfer. Payment terms are specified in the quote.
What is an empty leg?
When an aircraft flies empty back to its base after a mission. If your trip matches such a route, the price can be significantly lower. Get in touch with your dates and route and we'll let you know if anything matches.
